Return & Refund Policy

Jazaa Global only offers return or refund in case of product damage or quality issue.
Jazaa Global does not accept return or refund for change of mind.
Short-expiry items mentioned on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Product must be unused and in original condition unless the damage was found upon opening.
Refund will only be provided in the form of a coupon code (store credit).
No refund will be issued if damage is caused by the customer.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
