★ Jazaa Global only offers return or refund in case of product damage or quality issue.
★ Jazaa Global does not accept return or refund for change of mind.
★ Short-expiry items mentioned on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.
★ Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
★ Product must be unused and in original condition unless the damage was found upon opening.
★ Refund will only be provided in the form of a coupon code (store credit).
★ No refund will be issued if damage is caused by the customer.
★ Delivery charges are non-refundable.
