Disappointed with the quality, tried in curry and vegi , feels like mixed with flour so it got goey and sticky doesn't change color like original fried onion also absorbed oil while tried to fry. Tried all ways being expert cook but it results in cakey batter in veggies and nihari texture in gravy.
